Asset Surveys
Using industry qualified mechanical & electrical asset surveyors, we can carry out surveys in line with various specifications, collecting the amount and type of data which suits your requirements. We can apply asset tags and provide bespoke reports following the survey, so you have full visibility of the assets present in your portfolio.
Condition Based Surveys
Our qualified team can undertake specialist condition-based surveys, either in conjunction with or independently from a full asset survey. Installation dates, predicted lifecycle and general operating conditions are all captured, along with still images and videos clips. We can also undertake asset specific inspections such as thermal imaging or intrusive inspections.
Forward Maintenance Registers
Using data from your asset survey and condition-based survey, we can generate a forward maintenance register (FMR) which charts your assets lifecycle and the predicted capital expenditure required to replace ageing or defective assets. We can also generate asset strategies based on your FMR findings, which could include a ‘run to fail’ approach or increased inspections/maintenance.
Bespoke Maintenance Plans
Using SGF20 industry guidance along with manufacturers recommendations, our team can build specific maintenance specifications and subsequently generate full planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes based on your asset strategy.
